What this service is

PassMyPermit is a private study aid for written driver knowledge tests. PassMyPermit is a private study aid. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any state DMV or government agency. We cannot issue, schedule, or influence any license, permit or test.

No guarantee of a result

Studying here does not guarantee you will pass. Exams vary by state and change over time. You are responsible for confirming current requirements with your state's licensing agency.

Accuracy

We write our material from official state driver handbooks and try hard to keep it correct, but traffic law changes. Where this site and your state's current handbook disagree, the handbook governs. Do not rely on this site as a legal authority.

Purchases and refunds

The paid tier is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access to the paid features for the states we cover. If you take your test and do not pass, contact us within 30 days and we will refund you in full. We do not require proof.

Your license key is for your personal use. Please don't publish or resell it.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, bulk-copy or redistribute the question bank. The questions are original work.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
