Accessibility
A study aid that a blind or keyboard-only student cannot use is not a study aid. We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
Where we are
As of 6 September 2026 the site has been reviewed against WCAG 2.1 AA and the following were fixed: visible keyboard focus indicators throughout, a skip-to-content link, screen-reader announcement of every answer's correct/incorrect result and explanation, answer options grouped and labelled with their question, focus moved to each new question, answered options kept reachable by keyboard so you can review them, and text contrast raised where it fell short.
What we know is imperfect
This is a small site and we would rather list the gaps than claim we have none. We have not yet completed a full audit with every major screen reader, and our automated checks cover only a portion of the standard. If something does not work for you, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.
Asking for an accommodation, or reporting a barrier
Email support@passmypermit.com and tell us what happened and what you were trying to do. You do not need to know the technical term for the problem. We aim to reply within five business days, and if a fix will take longer than that we will tell you what we are doing and when.
If you cannot access study material you have paid for, tell us and we will refund you immediately — you should not have to wait for our fix.
